What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative venture where the coach, using insightful questioning and observation, helps an executive or individual deepen their own learning and self-awareness, enabling them to believe and then achieve their own impossible future.
Founder’s profile:
Julia Vidakovic, CEC, ACC is a certified coach who is professionally accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation).
An entrepreneur herself she has owned, operated and run businesses for over a decade in North America.
She has been working closely with emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for the last four years. With over 3000 hours of business coaching experience under her belt she knows many of the challenges todays business leaders face on the road to success.
A graduate of the Royal Roads Graduate Executive Coaching Program she believes that her clients can achieve their wildest dreams and helps them achieve success and balance by helping them develop entrepreneurial skills, attitudes and behaviors.
She personally believes that as we spend so much time working that business and the world of work needs to be fun filled and enjoyable.
Julia is the communications chair on the board of the Vancouver ICF (International Coach Federation), is a member of Mensa and a talented designer, having won Leo Awards in both 2005 and 2008 for her film costume work. She is a devoted mother and still finds time to write, having written one novel and a screenplay. She enjoys living life to the full and expressing her passion and creativity as well as her flair for business.
She says ‘the only thing we can ever be, is ourselves to the best of our ability.’
